what payment methods do you accept?

we currently accept Visa and Mastercard via Paypal.  you do not need a Paypal account in order to checkout.  just follow the steps on Paypals secure site and it will take you through in fairly painless manner.

do you offer a warranty?

yes! we will repair any stitching that breaks over the life of the original owner of the product for no charge other than what it costs to ship.

do you make everything from scratch?

you bet! we cut, dye, seal and stitch everything we sell by hand.

when will my order show up?

orders in the U.S. - if you order on a Monday you should receive your order on or before that next Monday. in other words, 1 week, or seven days.

orders in Europe - if you order on a Monday you should receive your order on or before the Monday after next. in other words, 2 weeks or 14 days.

everywhere else - see orders in Europe...or wait a third week. sorry, that's just how it works when you ship things globally.

what is your return policy

if you aren't happy with it after two weeks, let us know and ship it back. we will refund you waht you paid for the product.
